I just got braces. They're really annoying.

Don't you hate it when dentists and orthodontists stand there and talk about you in third person using huge words? "oh yeah, looks like she's got a lateral insizer with a ... and -insert huge technical word here- so I think we should ... with a <large technical sounding object>" It really creeps me out.

And then while they're putting the braces on, they have to dry your teeth. But as soon as they tell you not to swallow, you have to D;.

And now because I have an overbite, I was biting the braces when I bit down. So they made some plastic thingy and stuck it behind my front teeth so I would bite that instead of the braces. So now, none of my teeth touch when I bite down. It's so annoying >=I And I have to wear it for a long time.

And they gave me this weird electric toothbrush that looks like something from a sci-fi film.

So I'll probably have braces for 2 1/2 years now. At least I'll be getting them off before Grade 12 grad... I think. I hope. I wish.

Actually, I knew that was going to happen so I chewed a whole pack yesterday XD
